Today, I want to share my thoughts on what I believe in the gifting sector.
In today's world, where recession is rapidly increasing, we truly believe that gifting is not just a must-do task. It's not about a customized bottle along with a diary or edible stuff. Often, employees might just post it in their story with hashtags like hashtag#happyme or hashtag#happygift, and the next day, they simply keep it in the wardrobe as they don't feel a sense of connectivity.
Gifting should touch their hearts. It should show that we understand their needs and have curated the gift accordingly. When they open it, they should feel that the company actually cares about their presence and wants them to be a part of the organization.
